Telephone intake where we gather information and set up an appointment to meet the family. We explain that our services are free to families, as our fee is paid by the receiving facility.Step 2 We meet to discuss your options and the details of the placement process.Step 3 We meet your loved one and then arrange for an assessment to be done by our RN to determine his/her care needs.

We explore our extensive database and choose 3 or 4 homes or facilities for you to tour based upon your desired location, the care needs of your loved one, and your financial considerations. You may tour as many as necessary for you to feel right about your choice.Step 5
Now we are ready to tour. We arrange appointments with the selected providers, then pick you up and drive you to each home or facility. There will be plenty of time to visit and ask questions. We won't rush you.After a selection is made, we continue to be of assistance right up to move-in day and beyond. We do follow up phone calls and visits to make sure that you and the provider are happy with the placement.
